WHO ARE WE?
Born and raised with a bicycle, the love of bikes started as soon as I could walk. All of my trips to school, to see friends and to the supermarket were done on a bicycle. On my website I would like to share my love and passion for bicycles with you. You can find urban bikes, accessories, gadgets, design products and inspiration online.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
We are located in The Netherlands and we ship to all countries in the EU and Europe. For delivery outside Europe, please contact our customer service and ask for the possibilities. 

WHICH FRAME SIZE SHOULD I RIDE?
Usually it's better to get a frame that is a little to small than one that is too big. Most of the time you are able to easily adjust the saddle and handlebars to your fit. Please find for more information on the product page or contact us by email.

SHOULD I RIDE FIXED GEAR OR SINGLE SPEED?
Fixed gear bikes come with a fixed movement. This means the rider can not ride without pedaling i.e. can not coast. A fixed gear bike is always a single speed bicycle. Some fixed gear bicycles hava standard a flip-flop hub. This means you can ride it as a fixed gear or free wheel, depending how you installed your bicycle. On the product page you will find more information on the bicycles and if they are provided with a flip-flop hub or are fixed gear bicycles.

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
We understand sometimes online purchase mey not be satisfying, saying this we are fully confident in our products. If you ordered the wrong size or product, please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days). After receiving your RMA you can return the product to us. In order to offer our customers the lowest prices possible, we must have certain limits on our return policy in regards to shipping fees. Therefore, all return shipping charges are non-refundable.
